当社は昭和40年1月の創業以来、得意先からの依頼を受け、単品加工（試作品など）の機械加工や治具、専用機・自動機を構想（アイデア）から設計、製作、納品までワンストップで行っています。

現在、治具づくりの豊富なノウハウを活かし、難しい精密機械部品の加工も請け負っています。

小・中ロット（10～50個程度）の量産品の加工や単品加工（試作品など）の機械加工を請け負っています。また、5000個以上の大量生産品にも対応しています。

さらに、長年培った自社独自のノウハウを活かし、加工精度が求められる『バンケル型ロータリーエンジン NRシリーズ』を自社独自で設計・開発から全パーツの製造及び販売まで行っています。

Company Introduction

Since our founding in January 1965, we have provided one-stop solutions, from concept and design to production and delivery of single-item machining (such as prototypes), jigs, dedicated machines, and automatic machines.

With our extensive expertise in jig creation, we handle complex precision mechanical parts. We undertake small to medium production runs (10 to 50 units) and single-item machining (prototypes). Additionally, we accommodate mass production orders exceeding 5,000 units.

Utilizing our long-developed know-how, we independently design, develop, manufacture, and sell all parts of the highly precise “VanKel Type Rotary Engine NR Series.”

Recently, some companies have felt it might be inappropriate to request simple machining tasks. However, we are happy to take on even the simplest of jobs.
